Do I need to buy hardware?
No. YallaBill runs in the browser on the iPads, iPhones, Android devices and PCs you already own. Add card terminals when you want them.
Is there a contract?
No commitment contract. Setup is free. Stay because it works.
How fast do I get my money?
Payments run through your own Stripe account with instant payouts available, so today's sales can be in your bank today.
Which payment methods can guests use?
Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Link, all major cards, ACH and bank transfer, tap on a terminal or on your phone, and text-to-pay links.
Is it secure?
Checkout is hosted by Stripe with bank-grade encryption. Card numbers never touch YallaBill. Payment success is confirmed by the processor, never assumed from a browser redirect.
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. A phone camera opens your menu in the browser. Staff use role-based sign-ins and personal PINs.
Does AI publish my menu automatically?
No. AI drafts; you review prices, tax, modifiers and availability, then publish. Never rely on AI to infer allergens or ingredients from a name.
Can guests pay their part while the tab stays open?
Yes. A live shared tab lets each guest settle their share while staff keep adding rounds. Staff close the tab when service ends.
Can I run more than one location?
Yes. Every location gets its own storefront, menu, tables, devices, reports and payment settings under one sign-in.
Can I sell tickets and food together?
Today, TicketDad by Ashik.ai sells tickets and merch while YallaBill runs the bar and kitchen. A single guest record from ticket to tab is releasing very soon.
Can I use it for alcohol or hookah?
Where you're licensed and your payment provider approves. Staff complete age and service checks before delivery; wallets don't verify age.
Will it replace my inventory system or my old POS integrations?
YallaBill is a complete standalone POS and ordering system. It doesn't integrate with Toast or SpotOn and doesn't manage stock.
What if my internet drops?
YallaBill is connected by design. Every board shows a device's status the second it goes stale, so you're never guessing which screen is live. Keep a hotspot handy, as you would with any cloud POS.
How long does setup take?
Most owners upload a menu, print QR cards and run a practice ticket in an afternoon. The Get Started checklist walks you through all eleven steps.

Where do I sign in?
Merchant sign-in is at pos.ashik.ai/login. Staff open their station link on the station device; it takes them straight there after sign-in.
